1. Leona Dombrowsky, Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, July 4, 2006, acknowledging the Region's letter and report relating to the financial incentives for farmland conservation. Received.

 

2. Laurel C. Broten, Minister of the Environment, July 13, 2006, acknowledging the Region's letter regarding the Sustainability in York Region Advisory Group Final Report. Received.

 

3. Anna M. Knowles, Deputy Clerk, Town of East Gwillimbury, July 14, 2006, advising that the Town Council enacted a resolution relating to the Sustainability of the Ontario Agriculture Industry. Received and endorsed.

 

4. David Ramsay, Minister of Natural Resources, August 3, 2006, relating to the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority resolution regarding a proposed policy and procedural directive relating to approvals for certain works in and around water under the Lakes and Rivers Improvement Act where Conservation Authority Regulations are in effect. Received.
