5. Dana Richardson, Assistant Deputy Minister, Housing Division, Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, dated November 5, 2009, regarding funding for 39 units for low-income Seniors for the Dew Street Addition project, King Township. Received.

 

6. Linda D. Jackson, Mayor, City of Vaughan, October 19, 2009, expressing sincere appreciation to Joann Simmons and staff for assisting the city and residents who were affected by the tornado of August 20, 2009. Received.

 

 

OTHER BUSINESS

 

1. Committee Chair J. Heath noted that this is the final Committee meeting for Commissioner Simmons prior to her retirement. Committee members extended their best wishes to Ms Simmons.
