1. Connie Phillipson, Executive Director, The Regional Municipality of York Police Services Board, April 30, 2007, forwarding recommendations adopted by the York Police Services Board at its meeting on April 25, 2007, regarding the use of Regional reserves for Acquisition of Information Technology Equipment. Recommended that Council approve drawing on Regional reserves totalling $2,886,000 in 2007, 2008 and 2009 and that repayment be made from future lease financing savings and Police operating surpluses (if applicable).
2. Brian Denney, Chief Administrative Officer, Toronto and Region Conservation Authority, May 15, 2007, regarding the 2007 Municipal Levy. Received.
3. Gayle Wood, Chief Administrative Officer, Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority, May 8, 2007, regarding the 2007 Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority Budget and Municipal Levies. Received.
OTHER BUSINESS
Committee resolved into Private Session at 9:27 a.m. to consider:
one matter relating to Regional payments � security of municipal property
and resumed in open session at 9:30 a.m.
