3  UPDATE - COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS

 

The Joint Transportation and Works Committee and the Planning and Economic Development Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by the Joint Transportation and Works Committee and the Planning and Economic Development Committee with the following action:

 

 

PRIVATE SESSION

 

1. Committee resolved into private session at 12:38 p.m. to discuss a legal matter and resumed in open session at 1:00 p.m. with no report out.

 

 

OTHER BUSINESS

 

2. The Committee thanked all the staff involved for their hard work and the time and effort put into the preparation of these reports which is very much appreciated.

 

 

The Joint Meeting of the Transportation and Works Committee and the Planning and Economic Development Committee adjourned at 1:06 p.m.
