The Planning and Economic Development Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by the Planning and Economic Development Committee with the following action:

 

PRIVATE SESSION

 

1. Committee resolved into private session at 2:29 p.m. to consider the following:

 

Report of the Regional Solicitor and Commissioner of Planning and Development Services, February 26, 2008 (Keswick Business Park, Minutes of Settlement) � Litigation Matter.

 

            Committee resumed in public session at 2:35 p.m. with no report out.

 

 

The Planning and Economic Development Committee adjourned at 2:38 p.m.
