The Finance and Administration Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by the Finance and Administration Committee with the following action:DEPUTATIONS1. * Mr. John Singleton, Carillion-Aecon Joint Venture, made a deputation regarding RFP No. P-03-04, York-Peel Feedermain.
