The Transportation Services Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by the Transportation Services Committee with the following action:

1. Memo from Commissioner Llewellyn-Thomas and attached February 2010 Monthly Ridership Statistics. Received.
2. The Committee requested an update on the status of the Fare Policy Requests report. Commissioner Llewellyn-Thomas confirmed that staff from Transportation Services and Community and Health Services are working on this issue and will be reporting back to the Transportation Services Committee in early 2011.
3. Mayor Grossi raised concerns with the scheduling of roadside clean-up. P. Jankowski, General Manager, Roads will review the scheduling protocols for spring roadside clean-up and follow up with Mayor Grossi.
PRIVATE SESSION
The Committee resolved into private session at 10:00 a.m. to consider the following:
1. Private Report of the Commissioner of Transportation Services -
The Committee resumed in public session at 10:02 a.m. with no report out. The Committee's recommendations on the above matter will be forwarded to Council for consideration at its April 22, 2010 Private Session.
The Transportation Services Committee adjourned at 10:03 a.m.
