Sheila Birrell, Town Clerk, Town of Markham, March 10, 2005, forwarding a resolution adopted by the Council of the Town of Markham, regarding the Cathedral Secondary Plan � Principles of a Woodbine By-Pass Agreement. Received and referred to the Commissioner of Finance for a report.

 

 

OTHER BUSINESS

 

1. Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority Head Office

 

Staff were requested to provide a report to Council's meeting of April 21, 2005 on the financing of the proposed addition to the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority head office, with the report to be based on a review by Regional staff and the outcome of deliberations by the Board of the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority.

 

 

PRIVATE SESSION

 

1. The Committee resolved into private session at 10:05 a.m. to consider property and legal matters and resumed in open session at 10:38 a.m. with no report out.

 

 

The Finance and Administration Committee adjourned its meeting at 10:39 a.m.
