The Committee resumed in public session at 11:29 a.m. Item 3 was reported out as part of Clause 6 and remains private. The Committee's recommendations on the remaining matters will be forwarded to Council for consideration at its March 24, 2011 Private Session.
The Finance and Administration Committee adjourned its meeting at 11:30 a.m.
