7  PRIVATE SESSION

 

The Committee resolved into private session at 9:07 a.m. to consider the following:

 

1. Private Attachment to Agenda Item D2 -- Report of the Commissioner of Corporate Services -- Acquisition of Land, 2nd Concession Road Widening, Project 85620, Town of East Gwillimbury -- Land Acquisition

 

2. Private Attachment to Agenda Item D3 -- Report of the Commissioner of Corporate Services -- Compensation for Expropriation, Reconstruction and Reconnection of Bathurst Street, Town of East Gwillimbury and Township of King -- Land Acquisition

 

3. Private Report of the Commissioner of Corporate Services -- CUPE 905 Negotiations Mandate -- Labour Relations

 

The Committee resumed in public session at 9:55 a.m. and received the private attachments referred to in Items 1 and 2. The Committee's recommendations on Item 3 will be considered in Council's private session on November 15, 2012.

 

The Committee also resolved into private session at 10:17 a.m. to consider the following:

 

4. Private Report of the Commissioner of Finance and the Regional Solicitor -- Development Charge Complaint, Development Charge Rates for W. J. Shanahan Limited, Automotive Dealership -- Solicitor-Client Privilege

 

 

The Committee resumed in public session at 10:30 a.m. with no report out. The Committee's recommendations on Item 4 will be considered in Council's private session on November 15, 2012

 

 

The Finance and Administration Committee adjourned its meeting at 10:31 a.m.
