The Finance and Administration Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by the Committee with the following action.

ELECTION OF CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR

1. The Finance and Administration Committee elected Mayor Barrow as Chair and Mayor Van Bynen as Vice-Chair for the year 2011.

1. The Committee received a presentation from Bruce Macgregor, Chief Administrative Officer, on a Finance and Administration Committee Overview.

OTHER BUSINESS

2. Staff was requested to bring forward a revised Pending List to the Committee's meeting of February 3, 2011 showing the status of each item on the list.

The Finance and Administration Committee adjourned its meeting at 10:55 a.m.
