The e-Government Sub-Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by the e-Government Sub-Committee with the following action:

 

 

COMMUNICATION

 

1. Sandra Cartwright, Commissioner of Finance [6.9MB], April 14, 2005, regarding Supplementary Information to the Report on Contract Extension for Supply and Service of Wide-Area-Network Connections, Network Infrastructure Equipment and Virtual Private Networking.  Received.

 

 

OTHER BUSINESS

 

2. Regional Councillor Jones gave the sub-Committee an update on discussions surrounding the interim governance of "One York", and indicated that with the exception of the Town of Markham, formal communications respecting the endorsement of the "One York" initiative by the councils of the area municipalities have not yet been received.  Received.

 

  

The e-Government Sub-Committee adjourned at 9:35 a.m.
