1. James W. Harbell, Stikeman Elliott, dated October 29, 2007, regarding 'Bathurst Street between Green Lane and Yonge Street, Class Environmental Assessment Study'.  Received.

 

2. E. Bruce Solomon, Markham, Ontario, regarding 'Kennedy Road Environmental Assessment'.  Received and referred to staff for a comprehensive report on the Environmental Assessment (EA) process, including advertising and scheduling procedures and recommendations for improvement, as well as a list of all EA's currently underway.

OTHER BUSINESS

 

9. Staff confirmed that a comprehensive operational review of Highway #9 west of Yonge Street is currently underway and a report on this issue will be tabled at the November 28, 2007 Transportation and Works Committee meeting.

 

 

PRIVATE SESSION

 

The committee resolved into private session at 11:57 a.m. to consider the following matter:

The Committee resumed in public session at 12:18 p.m. with no report out.
