12 UPDATE - COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS
The Transportation and Works Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by the Transportation and Works Committee with the following action:
PRIVATE SESSION
1. Committee resolved into Private Session at 9:15 a.m. to consider a property matter and a legal matter and resumed in open session at 9:30 a.m.
With respect to Clause 11, Acquisition of Lands, Various Projects, it was moved in private session that:
1. The agreements for Property Nos. 1 and 2 be accepted and the Commissioner of Corporate Services be authorized to complete these transactions in accordance with the terms of the agreements; and
2. Property No. 3 be referred back to staff for a further report.

OTHER BUSINESS
2. Public Hearing
In accordance with published advertisements, the following matters were placed before the Committee to facilitate the hearing of any person who wished to speak to the matters, if any, in compliance with the Municipal Act, 2001. No person having appeared, the matters were Received.
1. STOPPING UP AND CLOSING A PORTION OF MULOCK DRIVE (Y.R. 74) AND BOGARTTOWN CURVE (Y.R. 74A), TOWN OF NEWMARKET
(a) The stopping up and closing of that part of Mulock Drive (Y.R. 74) and Bogarttown Curve (Y.R. 74A), in the Town of Newmarket, in The Regional Municipality of York (geographically in the Township of Whitchurch in the County of York) being part of Lot 31, Concession 3 designated as Parts 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14 on Plan 65R28425.
(b) The conveyance of Part 3 on Plan 65R28425.
The Transportation and Works Committee adjourned at 9:35 a.m.
