1. Alec Scott, Program Manager, Waste Disposal and Quality Assurance, regarding Dongara Construction. Received.

COMMUNICATIONS

 

2. Pam Hillock, Clerk, County of Dufferin, October 22, 2007, regarding the Joint Composting Facility between the County of Dufferin and the Region of York. Received.

 

3. J.D. Leach, City Clerk, City of Vaughan, October 26, 2007, advising that Vaughan Council adopted a resolution with respect to the Certificate of Approval Amendment �C 10525 Keele Street. Received and referred to staff for a draft resolution for consideration by Council on November 15, 2007, reflecting the Committee's recommendation that Council support the City of Vaughan's resolution and requesting the Ministry of the Environment to reject the proposed changes to the Certificate of Approval.

PRIVATE SESSION
