4  UPDATE � COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS

 

The Rapid Transit Public/Private Partnership Steering Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by Rapid Transit Public/Private Partnership Steering Committee with the following action:

 

 

COMMUNICATIONS

1. Mary-Frances Turner, Executive Co-ordinator, March 4, 2004.pdf, to Mayor Michael Di Biase, City of Vaughan, regarding Quick Start Routing Through Woodbridge. Received.

 

 

OTHER BUSINESS

 

2. Committee requested staff to invite representatives from the City of Brampton to make a presentation relating to Brampton's rapid transit plans.

 

3. Committee requested staff to prepare a report itemizing all expenditures in 2003.

 

4. Committee requested staff to prepare a report regarding the timing of the Environmental Assessments currently underway and to provide additional information on specific issues.

 

PRIVATE SESSION

 

5. Committee resolved into Private Session at 1:40 p.m. and resumed in Public Session at 2:30 p.m. with no report.

 

The Rapid Transit Public/Private Partnership Steering Committee adjourned at 2:32 p.m.
