1. RAPID TRANSIT NETWORK PLAN - ALTERNATIVE FINANCE AND PROCUREMENT SCENARIOS AND PRINCIPLES
The Committee referred the report, February 8, 2008, from the Vice-President, York Region Rapid Transit Corporation, to the next meeting of the Committee to be held on March 20, 2008.

COMMUNICATION
2. Sybil Fernandes, Deputy City Clerk, City of Vaughan, February 1, 2008, regarding Appointment of City of Vaughan Representatives to the Spadina Subway TOD (Transit Oriented Development) Advisory Task Force and Yonge Subway Task Force. Received. The Committee directed the Regional Clerk to send a letter to the Deputy City Clerk of Vaughan advising that the Yonge Subway Task Force Terms of Reference state that only two members be appointed from the City of Vaughan, and respectfully request Vaughan Council to advise the Region which two members are to be on this Task Force.
PRIVATE REPORT
3. The Committee recommended the recommendations contained in the private report of the Vice President, York Region Rapid Transit Corporation, February 14, 2008, Direct Award of Contract for Consulting Services � Security of Municipal Property, be adopted by Council.
The Rapid Transit Public/Private Partnership Steering Committee adjourned at 11:04 a.m.
