The Committee resolved into private session at 1:55 p.m. to consider the following:

1. Private Report of the Regional Solicitor � Tesmar Holdings Inc. Ontario Municipal Board Matter � Litigation and Solicitor-Client Privilege

The Committee resumed in public session at 1:58 p.m.  Committee's recommendations will be forwarded to Council for consideration at its Private Session on May 16, 2013.
