The Planning and Economic Development Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by the Planning and Economic Development Committee with the following action:

(Regional Councillor Di Biase declared an interest in this item as his children have a part interest in a parcel of land within Block 27 which was purchased by his maternal grandfather in the 1960's. Regional Councillor Di Biase did not participate in the consideration, discussion or vote on this item.)

9  PRIVATE SESSION

 

The Committee resolved into private session at  3:50 p.m. to consider the following:

 

1. Verbal update from Robert Miller, Senior Counsel, Development Law, regarding Regional Official Plan � Ontario Municipal Board Hearings � Litigation

 

The Committee resumed in public session at 4:10 pm. The Committee received the verbal update with no report out.

 

 

The Planning and Economic Development Committee adjourned at 4:11 pm.
