The Planning and Economic Development Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by the Planning and Economic Development Committee with the following action:
PRIVATE SESSION
Committee resolved into private session at 3:00 p.m. to consider the following:
1. North Leslie OMB Decision for the Review Lands - March 16, 2010 - Solicitor-Client
Committee resumed in public session at 3:30 p.m. with no report out. The recommendations on the above matter will be forwarded to Council for consideration at its April 22, 2010 Private Session.
Committee authorized staff to immediately take necessary action to implement the recommendations included in the confidential memorandum from Robert Miller, Senior Counsel and Bryan Tuckey, Commissioner of Planning and Development Services regarding North Leslie OMB Decision for the Review Lands.
The Planning and Economic Development Committee adjourned at 3:33 p.m.
