It was moved by Ms Sherban, seconded by Mr. Fisch that the Minutes of the Board of Directors of Housing York Inc. meeting of April 12, 2006 be confirmed, which was Carried.
Housing York Inc � 2005 Financial Statements
A Report of the General Manager and Treasurer dated May 25, 2006 was presented recommending that:
1. The attached 2005 Financial Statements and explanatory notes for Housing York Inc., along with the Auditor's Report, be approved by the Board and submitted to The Regional Municipality of York, Service Manager and Shareholder.
2. The attached 2005 Annual Information Return for the Housing York Inc. Provincial Reform Program and Woodbridge Lane be approved by the Board and submitted to The Regional Municipality of York, Service Manager and Shareholder.
