It was moved by Ms Jackson, seconded by Mr. Heath that the Minutes of the Board of Directors of Housing York Inc. meeting of
Presentations
Sylvia Patterson, Assistant General Manager provided the Board with information regarding the Community Development Projects, undertaken in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association.
Mr. Tom Pearson representing
Mr. Taylor, Chair, assisted by Mr. Fisch and Mr. Grossi presented Community Development Project Recognition Awards to Mr. Pearson and Ms Brown.

A Report of the General Manager and Treasurer dated
1. The 2004 Financial Statements and explanatory notes for Housing York Inc. along with the Auditor's Report, (see Attachment 1) be approved by the Board and submitted to The Regional Municipality of York, Service Manager and Shareholder.
2. The 2004 Annual Information Report for the Provincial Reform Program (Municipal Non-Profit) properties (see Attachment 2) be received by the Board and submitted to The Regional Municipality of York, Service Manager and Shareholder.

Housing York Inc. Activity Report

It was moved by Ms Jackson, seconded by Mrs. Sherban that the Housing York First Quarter (January 1, 2005 - March 31, 2005) Activity Report be received, which was Carried.
OTHER BUSINESS
A draft copy of the Housing York Inc. Annual Report - Building Strong Communities was circulated for information. The Board was advised that this document will be incorporated into the Region's 2004 Annual Report.
