It was moved by Ms Jackson, seconded by Mr. Fisch that the Minutes of the Board of Directors of Housing York Inc. meeting of March 9, 2005 be confirmed, which was Carried.

Mortgage Renewal Oxford Village

 

A Report of the General Manager dated March 18, 2005 was presented recommending that:

 

1. The Corporation, utilizing the services of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, refinance the existing mortgage against Oxford Village, 84 Oakridge Court, Holland Landing in the Town of East Gwillimbury, maturing on June 1, 2005.

 

2. The Corporation's Chair and Secretary be authorized to execute all documents necessary to effect thereto, subject to the prior review by the Corporation's Solicitor and the Treasurer, as applicable.

It was moved by Mr. Fisch, seconded by Ms Jackson that the foregoing report be adopted, which was Carried.
