It was moved by Mrs. Sherban, seconded by Mr. Fisch that the Minutes of the Board of Directors of Housing York Inc. meeting of December 7, 2005 be confirmed, which was Carried.
Housing York Inc. Write-Off Former Tenant Bad Debts
06-02
A Report of the General Manager and Treasurer dated January 3, 2006 was presented recommending that:
1. The Board of Directors approve the write-off of three former tenant accounts totalling $13,178.01 in the 2005 fiscal year.
It was moved by Ms Hogg, seconded by Mr. Ferri that the foregoing report be adopted, which was Carried.
Housing York Inc. 2005 3rd Quarter Activity Report
06-03
It was moved by Mr. Heath, seconded by Mr. Fisch that the Housing York Inc. 3rd Quarter (July 1, 2005 � September 30, 2005) Activity Report be received, which was Carried.
There being no further business, the Board adjourned at 2:44 p.m.
