A Report of the General Manager dated November 17, 2005 was presented recommending that:
1. Housing York Inc. approve the 2006 market rents, effective March 1, 2006, as outlined in
Attachment 1 of this report, applying a 2.1% increase from 2005 rates.
2. The General Manager be authorized to review market rental rates annually and to make changes up to the annual Provincial Rent Control Guideline increase.

It was moved by Mr. Fisch, seconded by Mr. Heath that the foregoing report be adopted, which was Carried.
There being no further business, the Board adjourned at 2:18 p.m.
