The Finance and Administration Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by the Finance and Administration Committee with the following action.

 

2013 Federal Budget

 

1. Memorandum dated March 28, 2013 from Bill Hughes, Commissioner of Finance and Regional Treasurer.  Received.

 

 

14  PRIVATE SESSION

 

The Committee resolved into private session at 9:59 a.m. to consider the following:

 

1. Private Attachment to Agenda Item D9 � Report of the Commissioner of Corporate Services � Acquisition of Land, 2nd Concession Road, Project 85620, Town of East Gwillimbury � Land Acquisition

 

2. Private Attachment to Agenda Item D12 � Report of the Commissioner of Corporate Services � Disposition of Land, Part of Lot 20, Concession 8, City of Markham � Land Disposition

 

 

The Committee resumed in public session at 10:00 a.m. and received the private attachments listed as Items 1 and 2. 

 

 

The Finance and Administration Committee adjourned its meeting at 10:16 a.m.
