The Finance and Administration Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by the Finance and Administration Committee with the following action.
PRIVATE SESSION
The Committee resolved into private session at 9:12 a.m. to consider the following:
1. Private Report of the Regional Solicitor - Regional Solicitor Use of Delegated Settlement Authority, 2009 Annual Report - Litigation.
2. Private Report of the Chief Administrative Officer - CUPE 905 Negotiations Mandate - Labour Relations.
3. Private Attachment to the Report of the Commissioner of Corporate Services (Item No. D5) - Acquisition of Lands, Woodbine Avenue By-Pass, Town of Markham - Land Acquisition.
4. Private Update from Regional Solicitor - Lease for Regional Purposes - Davis Drive, Newmarket - Land Acquisition.
The Committee resumed in public session at 10:35 a.m. with no report out. The Committee's recommendations on the above matters will be forwarded to Council for consideration at its March 25, 2010 Private Session.
The Finance and Administration Committee adjourned its meeting at 10:36 a.m.
