11 UPDATE - COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS
The Finance and Administration Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by the Finance and Administration Committee with the following action.
1. Kathryn Smyth, Clerk, Township of King, January 27, 2012, forwarding a resolution adopted by the Township of King at its meeting on January 16, 2012, requesting a review of Local Improvement Charges and Related Regulations.
Received and referred to the Commissioner of Finance for a report.
12 PRIVATE SESSION
(Regional Chair Fisch declared an interest in Item 6 as his daughter-in-law is the Vice-President of the Alzheimer Society of York Region and left the Committee Room and did not take part in the consideration or discussion of or vote on this item.)
The Committee resolved into private session at 10:45 a.m. to consider the following:
1. Private Attachment to Clause 9 -- Report of the Regional Solicitor -- Telecommunications Structure License Agreements, Annual Status Report -- 2011 -- Security of Property

3. Private Report of the Commissioner of Corporate Services -- Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, Bus Terminal Business Terms -- Land Acquisition

The Committee received private Items 1, 2 and 6 above and resumed in public session at 11:35 a.m. with no report out. The Committee's recommendations on Items 3, 4 and 5 will be forwarded to Council for consideration at its March 22, 2012 Private Session.
The Finance and Administration Committee adjourned its meeting at 11:36 a.m.
