COMMUNICATIONS
1. Terry Cassidy, Chair, Centre and South Hastings Waste Services Board, dated September 26, 2011, requesting support of its resolution regarding municipal waste diversion. Received and referred to staff.
2. Fernando Lamanna, Deputy Clerk, Town of East Gwillimbury, dated October 19, 2011, regarding the Town of East Gwillimbury Council's resolution for the York Durham Sanitary Sewer Project. Received.
OTHER BUSINESS
3. 2010 Waste Diversion Report
Committee members received the 2010 Waste Diversion Report which was recently submitted to the Ministry of the Environment to comply with Environmental Assessment Condition 10 as required in the Minister's Notice of Approval for the Durham/York Energy from Waste Project. This report will be prepared annually.
