The Environmental Services Committee advises Council that no other matters were considered by the Environmental Services Committee.

8 PRIVATE SESSION

The Committee resolved into private session at 12:38 p.m. to consider the following:

1. Memorandum from Erin Mahoney, Commissioner, Environmental Services, dated March 20, 2013, regarding 'Wastewater Update' � Potential Litigation

The Committee resumed in public session at 12:43 p.m. and received private item 1.

The Environmental Services Committee adjourned at 12:44 p.m.
