The Environmental Services Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by the Environmental Services Committee with the following action:

 

 

ELECTION OF CHAIR AND VICE-CHAIR

 

1. The Environmental Services Committee elected Regional Councillor Spatafora as Chair and Regional Councillor Wheeler as Vice-Chair, pending his acceptance of the appointment, for the year 2012.

8  PRIVATE SESSION

           

 

The Committee resolved into private session at 10:58 a.m. to consider the following:

 

1. Private Presentation and Report � Waste Management � Potential litigation

 

 

The Committee resumed in public session at 12:08 p.m. with no report out. The confidential presentation was received and the Committee's recommendations will be forwarded to Council for consideration at its January 26, 2012 Private Session.

 

 

The Environmental Services Committee adjourned at 12:08 p.m.
