Finn The e-Government Sub-Committee began its meeting at TABLE OF CONTENTS 1 PROPONENT SELECTION TO PROVIDE A MANAGED INTEGRATED VOICE AND DATA NETWORK 2 POLICE 911 TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES 3 MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR ONEYORK 4 UPDATE � COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS The e-Government Sub-Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by the e-Government Sub-Committee with the following action: PRESENTATIONS 1. Mark McKnight, Manager Corporate Applications Unit, presented an overview of the Enterprise Architecture Project's objectives, underlying strategy and implementation plan, and advised that in response to an RFP, IBM has been awarded a contract for the Region's enterprise architecture consulting services. Received. 2. Louis Shallal, Director Information Technology Services, and Richard Leest, Network & Communications Supervisor gave a presentation on Alternative Server Strategies, On-Demand Server Strategies and Datacentre Hosting and Support Services and presented an overview of the Region's RFI for possible "offsite" computing strategies.
