OF THE REGIONAL DEBENTURE COMMITTEE

MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 24, 2013

 

 

 

The Debenture Committee began its meeting at 11:50 a.m. on September 24, 2013.

1          BYLAW NO. 2013-50

 

The Debenture Committee enacts:

 

1. Bylaw No. 2013-50 to authorize the borrowing upon sinking fund debentures in the principal amount of $200,000,000.00 for capital works of The Regional Municipality of York

 

 

2          UPDATE - COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS

 

No additional matters were considered by the Debenture Committee.

 

 

The Debenture Committee adjourned at 12:12 p.m.
