1. Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, dated March 8, 2005, regarding 'York Region � Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act 2004 (AODA)'. Received.
2. City of Greater Sudbury, dated March 1, 2005, regarding 'National Child Benefit Supplement Claw Back'. Received with direction to staff to report back.
3. Region of Peel, dated March 15, 2005, regarding 'the Proposed Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2004 (AODA). Received.
4. Town of Newmarket, dated March 31, 2005, regarding 'Accessibility Advisory Committee � February 8, 2005 � Item 9 York Region's Community Services and Housing Committee Report Accessibility For Ontarian's with Disabilities Act, 2004. Received.
5. 4th Quarter Community Services and Housing Department Program Activity Report � October � December, 2004. Received.
PRIVATE SESSION
1. Committee moved to Private Session at 3:05 p.m. to consider legal matters and returned to public session at 3:16 p.m. with no report.
