Committee of the Whole recommends:

 

1.      Referral to staff of the communication from Isabel Leung, Council Coordinator, Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, dated September 10, 2013 regarding the landfill site on the east side of Highway 48, north of Bloomington Road and the Regional Clerk forward a copy to the Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority.

 

2.       Receipt and referral to staff of the communication from Carolyn Lance, Council Services Coordinator, Town of Georgina, dated September 20, 2013, regarding 'Unsold 2011 Tax Sale Land Vested in the Town of Georgina'.

Committee of the Whole resumed in public session at 12:57 p.m. and recommended the following:
