PRIVATE SESSION

The Committee resolved into private session at 3:03 p.m. to consider the following:

1. Private Report of the Commissioner of Community and Health Services - Affordable Housing Development Opportunity - Request for Proposal Results - Security of property and proposed or pending acquisition of land

The Committee resumed in public session at 3:22 p.m. with no report out.  The Committee's recommendations on the above matter will be forwarded to Council for consideration at its February 17, 2011 Private Session.

The Community and Health Services Committee adjourned at 3:22 p.m.
