1. J.G. Koutroubis, Director of Engineering Services, Town of Newmarket, dated December 13, 2011, regarding '2nd Concession Improvements � Green Lane to Queensville Sideroad, Part II Order Request' Received.

2. Memorandum from Commissioner Llewellyn-Thomas and attached December 2011 Monthly Ridership Statistics Received.
End of YRT/Viva Transit Strike
3. Regional Chair Fisch thanked and acknowledged the tireless effort and dedication of Rick Leary, General Manager, Transit and his staff during the YRT/Viva transit strike and also congratulated the contractors for their commitment to getting the system up and running again. Regional Chair Fisch advised that regular operations of the transit system will be phased in starting on Saturday, February 4, 2012.
The Transportation Services Committee adjourned at 11:11 a.m.
