1. C. Michael Fenn, Chief Executive Officer, Metrolinx, October 6, 2008, regarding Release of the Draft Regional Transportation Plan and Draft Investment Strategy. Received. (A copy of the Draft Regional Transportation Plan September 2008, was distributed to the Committee members and is enclosed separately with this report.)
OTHER BUSINESS
2. Viva Bus Strike
The Committee conveyed its appreciation and thanks to Don Gordon, General Manager, York Region Transit, and to all the people and staff involved who went beyond the needs of the Region for their assistance and hard work during the Viva Bus strike.
The Rapid Transit Public/Private Partnership Steering Committee adjourned at 11:02 a.m.
