4 UPDATE - COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS
The Rapid Transit Public/Private Partnership Steering Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by Rapid Transit Public/Private Partnership Steering Committee with the following action:
ELECTION OF CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR
1. Regional Chair Fisch was elected Chair of the Rapid Transit Public/Private Partnership Steering Committee for 2007. The Committee deferred the election of Vice Chair to the next meeting in order to allow the Committee members who could not attend today's meeting to participate.
PRESENTATION
2. York Region Rapid Transit Corporation Project Overview and Phase 2 Activities
The Committee requested this presentation be deferred to the next meeting of Committee in order to allow the Committee members who could not attend today's meeting to participate.
PRIVATE SESSION
Committee resolved into private session at 12:13 p.m. and resumed in open session at 12:28 p.m. with no report out.
The Rapid Transit Public/Private Partnership Steering Committee adjourned at 12:28 p.m.
