11-31 Approval of Minutes of the September 8, 2011 Board Meeting
It was moved by Mayor Barrow that the Board confirm the Minutes of the September 8, 2011 meeting of the Board of Directors of York Region Rapid Transit Corporation, which was Carried.
11-32 The Art of the Possible � ITS and Mobility
Dr. George Hazel, Chairman, MMM McLean Hazel presented on the ways in which technology and progressive transportation planning can be used to shape city spaces.
It was moved by Mayor Scarpitti that the Board receive the foregoing presentation, which was Carried.
11-33 Private Session
The Board resolved into private session from 1:00 p.m. to 1:42 p.m.
There being no further business, the Board adjourned at 1:42 p.m.
