1. James W. Harbell, Stikeman Elliott, LLP, October 29, 2007, regarding the Region's Master Transportation Plan as it relates to the currently underway Class EA study related to the proposed future improvements to Bathurst Street, between Green Lane and Yonge Street. Received and referred to staff for a report to Transportation and Works Committee in early 2008, addressing the issues set out in Mr. Harbell's presentation.
