1. Letter to Jack Heath, Deputy Mayor, City of Markham, from Tina Lee, Executive Director, Strategy and Operations, T&T Supermarket Inc., dated August 20, 2012, regarding Regional Council's decision to exempt Kennedy and Denison Centre from the Retail Business Holidays Act. Received.

 

2. Joy Hulton, Regional Solicitor and Jim Davidson, Commissioner of Corporate Services, dated September 27, 2012, regarding 'Regional Official Plan Appeals - Settlement with the North Leslie Residential Landowners Group'. Received.
