It was moved by Mr. Heath, seconded by Mr. Ferri that the Presentation from Doug Manson, Manager, Housing York Inc. and Krista South, Manager, Program and Policy Development be received, which was Carried.

Housing York Inc. � Tenant Survey
A Report of the General Manager dated April 19, 2007 was presented recommending that:
1. The Board of Housing

It was moved by Mr. Heath seconded by Mr. Ferri that the foregoing report be amended as follows:
1. The Board of Housing York Inc. (HYI) support this as a baseline survey and support the administration of a future survey within two years; and
2. The Board request further information on the major issues raised by the survey and actions being taken or proposed by staff,
which was Carried.
Anne Auger, Director, Buildings Division, Office of Energy Efficiency, Natural Resources Canada, February 13, 2007, regarding efficiency improvements in the buildings at Housing York Inc.

It was moved by Mr. Spatafora, seconded by Mr. Van Bynen that the Communication dated February 13, 2007 from Anne Auger, Director, Buildings Division, Office of Energy Efficiency, Natural Resources Canada be received, which was Carried.
Housing York Inc. � Energy Management Program Update
A Report of the General Manager dated April 25, 2007 was presented recommending that:
1. Authorization be given to increase the maximum Green Light Loan amount to $250,000 for
2. The General Manager provide the Board with annual progress reports on the Energy Management Program.

It was moved by Mr. Spatafora seconded by Mr. Heath that the foregoing report be adopted, which was Carried.
There being no further business, the Board adjourned at 4:18 p.m.
