It was moved by Ms Jackson, seconded by Ms Sherban that the Minutes of the Board of Directors of Housing York Inc. meeting of June 2, 2004 be confirmed, which was Carried.

2004 Mid-Year Financial Update

 

A Report of the General Manager and Treasurer dated September 30, 2004 was presented recommending that:

 

1.  The 2004 Mid-Year Variance Report and Year-End Forecast Report for Operating and Capital for Housing York Inc. be approved by the Board as presented.

It was moved by Ms Jackson, seconded by Ms Hogg that the foregoing report be adopted, which was Carried.

 

 

Mid-Year Activity Report

 

A Report of the General Manager dated October 7, 2004 was presented recommending that:

 

1.  The following report be received for information by the Board of Directors.

It was moved by Mr. Fisch, seconded by Mr. Grossi that the foregoing report be received, which was Carried.
