The Health and Emergency Medical Services Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by Health and Emergency Medical Services Committee with the following action:

2. 2007 Business Plan and Budget
The Committee received the presentation by Joann Simmons, Commissioner of Community Services, Housing and Health Services and recommended that:
The 2007 Business Plan and Budget for the Health Services Department be referred to the April 5, 2007 Finance and Administration Committee and recommended for adoption, subject to the Committee being provided with the following additional information:
a) Business Cases to support the following Step 4 � Growth items:
1. Staff required to ensure
2. Staff required to monitor/ensure
b) Cost comparitors to other municipalities for the delivery of
