The Committee resolved into private session at 10:05 a.m. to consider the following:

The Committee resumed in public session at 10:34 a.m. with no report out. The Committee's recommendation on the above matters will be forwarded to Council for consideration at its April 22, 2010 Private Session.
The Finance and Administration Committee adjourned its meeting at 10:35 a.m.
