1. Art Field, January 27, 2011, regarding establishing a Steering Committee to study amalgamation, and requesting deputant status [1.5MB]. Due to time constraints, the Committee requested and Mr. Field agreed that he will attend the Committee's April 7, 2011 meeting for the purposes of making his deputation.

 

 

The Finance and Administration Committee adjourned its meeting at 1:13 p.m.
