OTHER BUSINESS
11. Erin Mahoney, Commissioner, Environmental Services, provided Committee with an update regarding the South East Collector project.
12. Regional Councillor Schulte requested that staff report back to a future committee meeting regarding ways to lobby the Province to replace plastic bags with compostable bags.
13. Erin Mahoney, Commissioner, Environmental Services, provided Committee with an update regarding the agreements for the Inflow and Infiltration pilot project. On-going updates will be provided to Committee.
8 PRIVATE SESSION
The Committee resolved into private session at 10:55 a.m. to consider the following:
1. Private Report of the Regional Solicitor � Cost Recovery of Damages to York-Peel Feedermain � Potential Litigation
2. Consulting Services Fee for Additional Scope Required for Georgina Water Treatment Plant Expansion and Upgrades � Town of Georgina Project 72140/72500 � Potential Litigation
The Committee resumed in public session at 11:45a.m.
Recommendations for item 1 will be forwarded to Council for consideration at its May 19, 2011 meeting. Item 2 was reported out in Clause 5 of this Report.
The Environmental Services Committee adjourned at 11:50 a.m.
