COMMUNICATIONS

2. Toni Ellis, President, Ontario Urban Forest Council, dated February 12, 2012, regarding Emerald Ash Borer and endorsement of a proclamation for federal and provincial role in urban forestry. Received and Committee endorsed the proclamation.
3. Agatha Garcia-Wright, Director, Environmental Assessment and Approvals Branch, Ministry of the Environment, dated February 13, 2012, regarding Water Reclamation Centre alternative as part of the Upper York Sewage Solutions Environmental Assessment. Received.

6 PRIVATE SESSION
The Committee resolved into private session at 10:43 a.m. to consider the following:
1. Private Report of the Commissioner of Environmental Services - Waste Management Facility - Design/Build/Operate Contract -- proposed land acquisition and security of municipal property
The Committee resumed in public session at 11:53 a.m. with no report out. The Committee's recommendations will be forwarded to Council at its March 22, 2012, private Session.
