The e-Government Sub-Committee began its meeting at 9:00 a.m. on February 15, 2006.
1 YORK REGION INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY STRATEGY (YRITS) 2006 UPDATE
2 UPDATE � COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS
The e-Government Sub-Committee advises the Finance and Administration Committee the following matters having been considered by the Information e-Government Sub-Committee with the following action:
1. Regional Councillor J. Jones was elected Chair and Regional Councillor L. Jackson was elected Vice Chair of the e-Government Sub-Committee for 2006.
PRESENTATIONS
2. Mark McKnight, ERP Manager, IT Services, regarding Enterprise Architecture. Received.
3. Louis Shallal, Director, Information Technology, regarding the 2006 Work Plan. Received.
OTHER BUSINESS
4. Regional Councillor Jones indicated that he was endeavouring to arrange an off-site orientation session at Cisco Systems Canada offices in downtown Toronto, on March 30, 2006, for available Members of Committee and Senior Staff.
The e-Government Sub-Committee adjourned at 10:27 p.m.
